Manolo Garcia, born in Barcelona, was the lead singer of the rock band “El Ultimo de La Fila” and has managed to have a successful solo career in both Spain and Spanish speaking countries since those crazy 90s.
So if you’re interested in the Spanish pop rock/flamenco/Arabic music genre, then this artist is the one for you.
He is touring his album Los días intactos and will stop at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos here in Madrid on the 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th of April 2012.

Madrid’s Bid!

As I am sure you are well aware, the Summer Olympics are taking place in London this year! But did you know that Madrid might soon play host to these legendary games?
Unfortunately London beat Madrid in the bid for 2012 but, never one to give up, Inhispania´s home town is competing for the third consecutive Olympiad to be the host in 2020!

The Olympic Games took place for the first and only time in Spain in Barcelona in 1992. Prior to this, Barcelona was in fact relatively unknown and only became as developed and popular as it is today due to the billions of euros of investment in the city. Subsequently, quality of life and the attraction for tourism and further investment improved enormously.
